Board of Directors

The board of directors has its registered office in Stockholm, Sweden. According to the Company’s articles of association, the board of directors shall consist of minimum three and maximum eight ordinary board members, without any deputy members. Currently, the board of directors consists of four ordinary members, elected until the end of the next ordinary annual general meeting.
 
Below is further information on the directors’ age, position, current assignments, prior assignments during the past five years, other relevant experience, independence and ownership of shares and share related instruments in Eco Wave Power. Assignments in subsidiaries within the Group have been excluded.
 
 
Mats Andersson
Chairman of the board
Born: 1948.
Position: Member and chairman of the board of directors of the Company.
Board member since: 2019
Other assignments and relevant experience: Mats Andersson is an experienced COB with experience from board work in private companies and listed companies. Mats also has a long operational experience as CEO and COO in Anticimex AB, Conductor AB, Unitraffic AB and Televerket. Current assignments as Chairman of the Board of DAFO AB, Bluetest AB, Gäfle Testteknik AB and CWT AB.

Elias Jacobson
Board member
Born: 1978.
Position: Member of the board of directors of the Company.
Board member since: 2019
Other current assignments: Member of the board of Zensum AB, WPS Sweden AB, MarketMath Europe AB, Nyvallsåsen Drift AB, Alguvi & Kultur AB, Habity AB, Realsolv Holdco AB and Slepoy Invest AB.
Prior assignments (last five years): Chief Executive Officer and chairman of the board of Peltarion Energy AB. Chairman of the board of Peltarion Solutions AB. External Chief Executive Officer of Peltarion AB and Swedish Modules I Emtunga AB. Member of the board of Deep Weather AB.
Other relevant experience: Elias has experience as a member of the board of several companies in the energy industry as well as companies that require a permit operating in, among other things, consumer credit intermediation and payment services.

David Leb
Board Member and Founder
Born: 1962.
Position: Member of the board of directors of the Company.
Board member since: 2019
Other assignments and relevant experience: A serial entrepreneur, businessman and angel investor. David has made a number of successful exits in various sectors, including a publicly traded medical company on the Canadian Stock Exchange, blockchain based technologies, and real estate investments. He holds several patents for advertising and computerized platforms.

Inna Braverman
Board member, Founder and CEO
Born: 1986.
Position: Member of the board of directors of the Company.
Board member since: 2019
Other assignments and relevant experience: Technology entrepreneur, Inna Braverman founded Eco Wave Power in 2011, at the age of 24, and was recently chosen as one of the 100 most influential individuals in the world by medium.com (along with Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk, and others). Under her leadership, Eco Wave Power installed the first grid connected wave energy array in Gibraltar. She is also responsible for securing the significant projects pipeline for the company.
For Inna, clean electricity is a very personal journey, as she was born two weeks before the Chernobyl Nuclear Disaster and suffered respiratory arrest due to the pollution in the region. She got a second chance in life and decided to devote it to mitigating pollution.
Inna has given three TEDx speeches and her personal journey as a female entrepreneur was documented in a virtual reality film by Google, under the name “Female Planet”. She was also featured in Sanjay Gupta’s “Tomorrow’s Hero” in CNN for her impressive work in the wave energy field.
